We loved the hotel's location on the beautiful Taiping lake, allowing us to enjoy stunning sunsets and scenic views of the hills. The spacious rooms and comfortable bathrooms were also impressive. The breakfast was nice and the staff were really helpful.

the room was equipped with exclusive amenities and the service was top-notch. the private facilities were exceptional and fulfilled all of my needs.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the restaurant had average food. this did not detract significantly from the overall luxurious experience.

Celebrating Christmas at this hotel was a lovely experience. The view of the lake and the hills was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were comfortable. The staff was really helpful and friendly, offering us a complimentary afternoon tea and drinks during “happy hour”. The pool facilities were good, and we especially enjoyed using the sauna and steam rooms.

The breakfast was average and the food served at the hotel's restaurant was pricey. transportation organized by the hotel was overpriced, so we recommend getting a taxi instead.

The hotel is located in picturesque surroundings with great views of the Taiping lake. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with modern bathrooms. the staff are very helpful and provide excellent service. Breakfast is satisfactory and the lobby bar offers complimentary happy hour drinks. the pool is well-maintained.

Prices at the hotel restaurants are quite steep.
